Support Professional Liverpool Campaign

Support Professional Liverpool

Following the recent announcement that Professional Liverpool’s contract with the NWDA had fallen foul of cuts by the Department of Business, Innovation & Skills, Professional Liverpool is already lobbying extensively on behalf of our members to ensure that our contract is properly reviewed.

Given the size and importance of the sector (£8.3bn GVA and 200,000 employees) across Liverpool City Region we are making high level representations to secure ongoing funding support and ask that you sign this petition as part of our lobbying efforts confirming that you want to have this funding decision reversed.

The fact that the contract would have been issued by the NWDA who have unfortunately been unable to release the funds, clearly recognises the significant and valued contribution that we have been making on behalf of our members and the local economy and we will continue to do so.

Professional Liverpool will continue to deliver events, briefings, seminars, research, reports, conferences and lobbying as well as attracting inward investment and providing business opportunities for the wider business community, something we’ve been doing very successfully now for almost ten years.

Please solicit support for this campaign from your colleagues at work by passing on this link..

Thank you for your support.
